1. General Questions
What is Half-Lit Designs? We are a small, independent apparel company dedicated to creating American produced high-quality, sustainable, unique graphics and clothing for All people that hold our same core values.
Where are your clothes made? We are proud to partner with local manufacturers in the USA. We strive to be 100% USA made and sourced.
What materials do you use? Our regular T-shirts use a Tri-blend for ease of use washing and cleaning. This allows the fabric to retain more of its original size rather than shrinkage with 100% cotton. If this is something you MUST have. Please reach out and let us see what we can do!
2. Orders and Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? We process orders within 7-10 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 2-14 business days. Please note that shipping times Affect Prices! This may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to many countries! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
What if my order is lost or damaged in TRANSIT? If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at, halflitdesigns@gmail.com ,with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem.
3. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy? All returns are at the sole discretion of Half-Lit Design’s Management Team. We handle return requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a potential return or refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? Exchanges are also at the discretion of the company and are subject to availability. Please contact us at halflitdesigns@gmail.com to inquire about a possible exchange.
4. Product Care and Sizing
How should I care for my new clothes?
To machine wash a tri-blend shirt, use cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle with a mild detergent, and avoid bleach. For drying, tumble dry on low heat or, ideally, air dry to prevent shrinkage and preserve the fabric. It's also best to wash tri-blends separately or with similar lightweight items to minimize friction.
Washing Steps
Pre-Treat Stains: Immediately pre-treat any stains with an enzyme stain remover or a diluted mild detergent solution.
Turn Inside Out: Turn the shirt inside out to protect the fabric and any prints on the shirt.
Use Cold Water: Always use cold water, as hot water can cause shrinkage and weaken the fabric.
Select Gentle Cycle: Choose the gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine to reduce wear and tear on the fabric fibers.
Use Mild Detergent: Use a mild detergent, such as a gentle or bleach-free formula.
Wash Separately: Wash tri-blends with similar lightweight fabrics and colors to avoid pilling and color transfer, and to prevent heavy items from causing friction.
Do Not Use Bleach: Avoid chlorine bleach, which can damage the fabric composition.
Drying and Ironing
Air Dry or Tumble Dry Low: Air drying is the best method to avoid shrinkage. If you use a dryer, select a low heat setting.
Remove Promptly: Remove the shirt from the dryer as soon as it's dry to minimize wrinkles.
Iron on Low Heat: If you need to iron the shirt, use a cool or low heat setting, and turn the shirt inside out.
How do your sizes run? Our sizing is slightly on the small side after a wash with the Tri-blend. The Carhartt’s are Similar but they have a sizing guide with the link associated with the logo on the page. If you are going to Purchase any of our Carhartt apparel place reference the size guide before purchase!!!!!

5. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Half-Lit Designs. We are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. If a return or refund is approved, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees or other conditions.
